After working actively in the tourism sector for 3 years, Nora M. Paraguya & Richard J. M. Paraguya set off independently and started their own tour agency, Royal Quest Tours, in August 5, 2002.
Royal Quest Tours was home-based initially at Bagumbayan, Daraga, Albay, but eventually moved to a commercial space last April 20, 2003 in the town of Daraga where it stayed until January 2007. It shifted to Legazpi City on January 2007 and on October 2007, shifted to the 1 and only business park in Legazpi City, with permanent address at :

It bought a 45-seaters aircon bus last 2nd quarter of 2006. It is in the process of setting up a branch either in Camarines Sur or Sorsogon within the next quarter and a branch in Manila or Cebu by 1st quarter of 2008.
