6. Whaleshark Interaction boats are chartered fishing vessels. Minor inconveniences  are to be expected. They are subjected to the maximum time limit allocated per day, from the Donsol municipal government.
7. Although this is the Whaleshark Capital of the world, no guarantees of interaction. However, we have a lot of successful whaleshark tours already because we employ a unique technique to maximize the interaction chances
