Head straight for the terracotta industry of the albay province in tiwi and see it’s unique exported creations. Then ascend the slopes of the most active volcano in the Philippines…Mt Mayon, and take a breath at the Mayon Skyline (nestled 2,500ft high).

While ascending, you’ll see roadside crosses and tomb-like markers, used during the way of the cross, for penance. Then visit diversified industries like the metalcraft industry in Tabaco city and the handicraft industry in Sto Domingo, incidentally the birthplace of the famous composure of the immortal bicol love song, “Sarongbanggi” (One Night).

Explore the remnants of the worst eruption of Mayon in 1814, at the cagsawa ruins and visit one of the most prominent churches in the Philippines because of it’s priceless baroque architecture and rich façade….the Our Lady of the Gate parish. Further down the day, scale up lignon hill, an inactive small volcano that is the latest tourist attraction with adventures activities to enjoy (zipline, rapelling, wall climbing etc), not to mention a panoramic view of the city and a “front row” seat of the world’s most perfect cone volcano…the Mt Mayon! Other interesting sights would be the famous halo-halo (a local sweet dessert) joint, Legazpi City church (housing the biggest volcanic rock altar), headless monument, Legazpi Heroes Trylon, Penaranda Park & Liberty Bell, Heritage Park and  Embarcadero. Of course, a tour isn’t complete without some souvenir shopping.
